Workout 3/23

Today we are doing a max velocity workout. The purpose of these workouts are to maintain and slightly gain from where we left off during spring break.

Start off with our warmup that we do daily.

Find a watch or timer, most of your phones will be sufficient. Run as fast as you can for 10 seconds and then rest for 3 minutes. Repeat this 6 times.

After this put your feet in the air for 5 minutes.
