Speed Endurance Day
Find a longer spot to run than on Monday if you can. You will need a timer.
Workout
Sprint continuously for 20s. Then rest for 1 minute. Do this 3x then rest for 4 minutes.
Repeat this for 4 sets
So you will be sprinting a total of 12 sprints. Make sure you rest the prescribed time. Thats just as important as the sprints.
Afterwards put your feet up in the air for 5 minutes.
